14K Multi Color Sapphire Gemstone Ring Size 10 / Thailand

14K Multi Blue Green Pink Yellow Gemstone Heart Ring. Inside of band is stamped 14K THL  on one side and THAILAND on other. Ring has been acid tested positive for 14K yellow gold. Stones also test positive on my diamond tester but is a cheap one so I don't know if they are lab made or real or what but from other listings, they state they are sapphires. Stones are a citrine yellow, a blue color, pink and peridot green. Was purchased off the shopping network many years back.  It is a Size 10 and weighs 3.69 Grams total with the stones. 
Measurements
Top measures slightly under 1/2" across, then tapers in to approx. 1/16" wide at bottom center of band.
